12:47 <@Mirage> This is fun.. been troubleshooting fuel issue on my brother's car (my old honda).  Fuel pump hasn't been kicking on when you turn the key.  Actually a nice day out so swapped the fuel pump for a new one.  Still didn't work, so again started on all the same wiring/relay/fuse checks described in the manual.  Everything was checking out just fine, but the pump didn't come on besides when I 'hotwired' it.  On
