We'd been given the list of old-ass OS's they have running as VMs in the environment, but now they are also including ~300 physical boxes (mostly AIX/Solaris) that we're supposed to be supporting.  That's just f'n nuts.  We don't support physical servers, we support 'private cloud' and virtual environments.
