08:47 <@Mirage> Synx_: I've had good luck w/ the 10GTek 10GbE GBICs.  The only issue I've really run into w/ Fibre and/or DAC is that sometimes if you're hot-plugging modules the MikroTik switch fails to detect/negotiate properly.   Most of the time you can just pull and reseat a couple times.  I've only had one instance where the switch got so phreaked out that I had to reboot it in order to get a port working.
