09:11 <@Mirage> Of course I was messing with the NAS until ~3am.  Was able to get all the VMs shifted off the one w/ the "boot pool" error to the backup.  After rebooting it a couple times everything came up fine and the errors were cleared.  Not sure what was up with that.

Apparently her leaving a couple years ago for greener pastures didn't work out so well and she was layed off back in May and unemployed since.  When I pulled up her resume thing at least 5-6 Dell folks had already posted shit on there for her so I passed on
