I contacted them hoping to get a new wiring harness.  Instead they told me to pack the whole unit up and return it and they would send me a new one.

She eventually just bought a new one from Amazon and returned the old one under the new purchase because they refused to honor their stated warranty.

If that's true and given that I've only seen their system of individual components vs an all-in-one, they probably want to go through anything that has an issue to get it corrected before they start having other companies rebrand/sell an item.
