I straightened out the small dent in the case with a pair of pliers and told Patrick he owed me $160, since that's what ASUS wanted to charge to swap everything to a new case.

Needless to say, no provider he called still supported T1 provisioning and the one that said they still supported it told him they were phasing out the few existing customers as they could.
