10:19 <@Dolemite> Fucking ASUS.  Sent Patrick's gaming PC under warranty because the GPU card went out.  FedEx dented it in shipment, so we filed a claim, which they denied.

10:21 <@Dolemite> Called them up and only after getting pissed at them did they state that we could choose not to replace the case (they sent a picture, it's very minor damage) and then they will replace the GPU, which they supposedly had a note in the system tested bad.
