17:06 < Evilpig> I had a growing list of episodes that weren't generating the preview thumbnails, smartass.  it's a bif file that it generates of pretty much the keyframes of the videos to use when you scroll around the timeline to give you a preview of the content
17:07 < Evilpig> in the past if it wouldn't generate them that was typically an indication that something was wrong with the file and it was a good way to catch either bitrot activity or just somethign that didn't transcode right.  but over the last two weeks I went from zero files to over 40 and there was no pattern to what wasn't generating
