13:22 <@Dolemite> Sent Patrick's gaming PC back to ASUS under warranty.  They claim the only thing wrong with it is a big dent in the case, which didn't exist before we shipped it.  So now I'm disputing the claim results since the GPU clearly wasn't working (we swapped it out with a spare and things were fine) and I bought the shipping through ASUS, so they have to handle the claim with FedEx.

15:10 <@Mirage> Shipped a CRT monitor years ago that they first tried to claim wasn't packaged properly (had spray foam packing, so that was obviously BS), then they tried to claim it was broken before it was shipped.   They did eventually pay me a couple months after I'd already sent mom a replacement.  On the replacement she made the driver wait while she opened and inspected it.

(because they tried to say it must've been shipped that way by IBM at first, in the pics you could tell the hit happened after they were wrapped and banded up, it was on us to prove it)
