Went in, chick at the desk says  I need to go meet with the physical therapy guy to do my exercises before I can see the Dr.  I told that I'd already done them today and that they were making my knees feel worse, not better, and that I would just wait to see the doctor to discuss it.  She then hit me with "well, out policy is.... and if you aren't willing then the
