09:56 <@Mirage> So they have a utility server we have access to and there's a script that we have rights to use which has options for adding user access to a system or set of systems via their 3rd party AD auth, place hosts in maintenance for patching, force a sync of the sudoers file and passwd, create a service account.  The master passwd and sudoers files are maintained on this host and sync'd out to everything else.

So we get a ticket that either instructs us to add a user to a server, which is done via their MENU script, or added to a group on the server which has to be done manually by just hopping on the system and adding them to the group.  AD groups being pertaining to that certain server get an entry added to the local groups file when the first person is given access, so that
