At least the ESXi hosts still have all the previous configs for the distributed switches, portgroups, etc.  Unfortunately I never got around to setting up automated config backups, so I'm gonna have to rebuild all that shit for two environments.

Told him that they needed to run something and required a GUI, which of course none of our servers at Vandy had installed.  So he got X installed and when the support person hopped on to do the work they immediately just popped open a terminal window and started typing in commands which could have been run via SSH just fine.
