We've got some chicks that aren't big enough to be integrated in with the adult coop and aren't able to deal with the heat as well.  I'd thought about building an evaporative cooler for them, but with so many cheap options of the 'small personal air conditioners', I just went to Wal-Mart and snagged one of those last night.

Been giving them slices of watermelon 1-2 times a day once the temp gets 97+, giving them an additional waterer filled with icewater, and periodically hosing down the ground around the coop.
