08:33 <@Mirage> We were having a bit of fun on the PTR for BCC.  They recently released Zul'Aman on it, so we got a few ppl together to go refresh ourselves a bit.  No requirement for copying over your 'live' character(s), so we had healers rolling tanks, tanks doing dps, etc.  It was a fun shit-show.

He reveals to me that when I'd escorted him from STV to Swamp of Sorrows and then helped with the Dream Dust quest that he'd gotten the whelpling, but of course didn't think anything of it.  AND (if I recall correctly) that it happened twice like

08:50 <@Dolemite> Yes, but karma got me on Warmane.   Several of my toons got the whelpling just throughi happenstance, but my hunter - that I actively tried to get it with - never has managed to get it.
