Since we don't have kids, car payments, house payments we're looking into options on what to do with our money vs letting it just sit in checking/savings

It's off of US-380, which completely explains why I haven't seen it as I avoid 380 whenever I can.   60-65 mph speed limit..traffic lights so close together and timed so poorly that you only hit the speed limit when there's no traffic (which is rare)
