16:02 <@Mirage> ok, i'm seriously confused.   two centos 8 boxes.  time is waaay off between them, but there's no access to an external ntp.  one of the two is configured to be an ntp to keep everything in sync at least in this stack.  if you run chronyd -q to sync time it says it's only .000044 sec off instead of ~+4h off.
