Developer remake the Dockerfile to only install the base npm, so when he actually instantiates it to run it has to download all of the libraries/packages that are referenced.   He has no fucking clue what the point of making the container is.

Separate repositories, separate containers.  I just have a regex in the ingress rule that tells Kubernetes which container to send the traffic to.
09:57 <@Dolemite> The backend dev is happy that he doesn't have to load .NET Core sdk on his laptop, which would conflict with the Core 4 he already has.   He simply commits the code and the Dockerfile handles the build and then pushes the compiled image.
