10:34 <@Mirage> Evilpig: My first guess would be the black toner cart.  Streaking/lightness seems to only be on the black based on the picks.  If it were the drum (based on tech specs for that model) then I would expect all colors to be streaking.
10:35 <@Mirage> For those OLED printers you should also wipe off the led strip in case it has crud on it which might be obstructing it.  It should have one strip for each color.

12:24 <@Evilpig> pulled the black and it was definitely dropping toner.  cleaned its drum and the wire.  cleaned the mess out that it dropped below it.  prints look 100% better now
