Even comes with a free programming guide. I haven't checked to see how far in advance the guide is good for. There are people working in integrating Locast into MythT

20:12 < xray> There are two factors for digital TV signals, error rate and signal rate. You can 80% signal but the error rate can be to high and you get the "cliff effect", a black screen instead of a pixelated screen.
20:19 <@Evilpig> looking at all the factors now.  so where i'm at I'm getting all the channels that it lists in the green and yellow antenna ranges.  this one is says would be in the red so could be a hill or something else between me and it causing just enough jitter to keep it from tuning.  thinking about getting a bigger antenna
