Once I got it recovered it wouldn't accept any of my config backups, so I've been having fun getting all the rules and policies rebuilt. 11:00 <@Mirage> for some reason it doesn't like ftp and ident. Both worked fine before. Of course I did have to update the "firmware", which is a linux based OS in the process of restoring, so something could have changed 11:09 <@Evilpig> weird 11:10 <@Evilpig> I've gotten my usg into a reboot loop once and worked with them to get it straight and never fully figured out what triggered it. best they could figure was the config got borked when we tried to add the auto-wan failover and it couldn't figure out which network was supposed to be the primary upon reboot 11:27 <@Mirage> The "normal" recovery didn't work because the boot images were flagged as corrupted for the main and backup configs both, so I had to get the "recovery image" from them and drop it on TFTP and force the router to load it, which reset everything to factory 11:28 <@Mirage> Not sure what could have happened because I was in Ireland last week and my wife doesn't have access to it 11:36 -!- crashcartpro [uid29931@gateway/web/irccloud.com/x-ktofhrfkdskmsmqw] has joined #se2600 11:42 <@Mirage> World of Warcraft: Shadowlands... yeah... 12:09 <@Mirage> Here's what I was getting on mine: 12:09 <@Mirage> mmcblk0: p1 p2 12:09 <@Mirage> EXT4-fs: Warning: mounting with data=journal disables delayed allocation and O_DIRECT support! 12:09 <@Mirage> EXT4-fs (mmcblk0p2): mounting ext3 file system using the ext4 subsystem 12:09 <@Mirage> EXT4-fs (mmcblk0p2): recovery complete 12:09 <@Mirage> EXT4-fs (mmcblk0p2): mounted filesystem with journalled data mode.
