Paypal accepts the new zip (which is good because that's what my bank has), but ebay doesn't..so sellers get inconsistent shipping information.   I've finally taken to always sending a note to each seller explaining that they can use the new or old zip codes and providing each.   Saves a lot of hassle/headaches
