09:58 <@dasunt> Ah, found the case - the judge skipped prison because he couldn't do work release (the distance was too great), and the judge was trying to allow him to keep his job.  So he was on probation when he committed the (alleged) rape.
09:58 <@dasunt> Guessing that won't go over too well.  Even if he dodges the rape charge, they also found a gun he owned.  Pretty sure that's a big no-no for a felon.
